Step 1
Add milk and condensed milk to a heavy-bottomed pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.

Blend the tender coconut flesh with tender coconut water until smooth. Set aside.
Step 3
Allow the cooked milk and condensed milk mixture to cool completely.
Step 4
Once completely cooled, add fresh cream and mix gently until well combined.
Step 5
Pour in the blended tender coconut mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Drizzle with a little ghee and garnish with roasted cashews. Mix gently and chill before serving for the best taste.
